Got a cold? Fight back with this.


It's the month of excess.


I'm talking about chocolates, cake and sickness. It seems everyone and their aunts have the cold, so this months nutrition tip is this: stick a slice or two of fresh lemon in a glass of hot water to help cleanse your system.


Lemons are packed with vitamin C which is a plus for our skin and helps fight free radicals and it also helps to strengthen the immune system.
